The Manicure and Pedicure short courses covers the knowledge and understanding of how to cut and shape the nails, as well as cleaning the cuticles, and massaging and painting the nails. It covers everything you need to know to perform manicure and pedicure professionally. You will also be able to respond to nail and skin diseases and disorders as well as know how to prepare the service area, client and yourself to deliver the service.

NAIL TECHNOLOGY
The nail technology short course covers the knowledge and understanding of all aspects of acrylic and gel nail enhancements including tips and overlay, natural and permanent French application, infill, coloured acrylic, French gel and gel sculpture. After completion of this course, the students will be able to perform a UV gel nail enhancement service professionally, or on themselves.

- Complete the registration form and email the fully completed form and copy of your ID
- A letter confirming your registration will be sent via email
- Pay your deposit or registration fee and email proof of payment to payments@excelbeautytraining.co.za
- Please note the deposit is non-refundable
- Students should be 16 years of age or above, must be able to understand, speak and write in English language.
- No matric or study permit is required
- Courses are strictly from 08:00-15:00. Students will miss the class if late.
- No registration deposit should be made till the application form is filled and signed. Should there be a deposit without proper registration, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

In order to be successful in any career one needs to be determined and possess the right character needed for the task.A successful beauty therapist and makeup artist needs have a creative imagination and pay quality attention to details and attend regular refresher courses to upgrade his or her skills.
Furthermore you might have to work under pressure and at irregular times so always be prepared at mind and ready to adapt and learn.
